This also applies to our Nordic neighbouring countries, even though the packages are clearly marked with customs or security declarations. Most of the time, however, the process is quick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Outside of Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, packages are sent with Postnord Untracked Letter, except for packages of up to 50g within the EU, which are sent with a stamp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Payment is made via bank or credit card through the payment service Stripe. In Sweden, you can also choose to use Klarna as a payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A copy of the invoice with specified VAT is included with every order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Distance Selling Act. Returns are accepted for 14 days and the full cost of the item, including shipping costs, will be refunded. However, the buyer must bear the cost of return shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n How are the models produced?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The models are produced using high-resolution FDM printers. A great deal of time is spent ensuring the quality is as high as possible, and every print is examined under a magnifying glass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I ordered 100 pallets but received 110 in the bag<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n As many articles contain a very large number of items of a model, they are counted by weighing. To avoid the risk of sending too few, this weight is increased so that you almost always receive slightly more items than were stated at purchase. However, when purchasing articles with fewer items, the stated number is sent as they are counted by hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What material is used?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n PLA (polylactic acid) is a plastic based on lactic acid. A plethora of brands and variants of these are on the market and, in addition to printing performance, I have placed great importance on finding the least toxic and most environmentally friendly options possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Can the models be painted?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The models are designed to blend in nicely in a realistic environment as they are, but you can certainly come up with your own variations, both in terms of colour and so-called \u201dweathering\u201d to give them a more worn, natural appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To paint PLA plastic, it is recommended to apply a primer and then use acrylic paint, for example. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Gluing directly onto the models also works well. Most plastic glues work excellently, and not least cyanoacrylate glue (so-called superglue) can quickly and easily join different models together.
